allie.: I have a BA in Graphic Design, which I use in the creation of pastries/cakes. I'm interested in from scratch, better ingredient, allergy and intolerance friendly foods. I've continued to be passionate about baking and presentation ever since I was a little girl. I've always cared about presentation, no matter the medium. I love attention to detail and admiring beauty in the world. It's important to enjoy moments of simplicity:rain, a book, plants, trees, baths, cold pillow, sinking hand into a butter/flour mix, stars, smiling child. I like the idea of Simple Pleasures – bringing blissfulness into peoples busy/serious everyday lives with small things that can bring happiness and security for even just a few minutes. I want to help bring this feeling to people. This comes with good presentation, texture, organic ingredients full of flavor, flaky warm butter layers, designed cake. It is my constant duty to make people feel the way I feel while creating a specific pastry – comfort and joy. I want to help create/recreate memories. I want to put smiles on faces and joy in hearts. Follow me, while I share my journey in bringing joy to the world one pastry at a time.
