My favorite Bakery, the Bleeding Heart Bakery is mentioned for their vegan cakes. The Chicago Diner is also very interesting to read about. They have a variety of Vegan Cakes (specializing in wedding cakes.. and even cheesecakes that are egg free!) , Muffins, Cookies, Scones. They also have a full menu of vegan meals.
